Reattach the sprayer and use The Tonic as usual between wears.

A carrier. It helps the active ingredients dissolve and spread evenly across the fabric.

Phenoxyethanol

The preservative. Water-based formulas need preservation to stay stable. We'd rather tell you what it is and why it's there.

Polysorbate 80


An emulsifier. It keeps the formula from separating, so each spray delivers the same thing.

The Tonic is designed to refresh between wears, not alter how the fabric looks.

Is this the same formula as the 150ml Tonic?

Yes. The 500ml is the refill format of the same fragrance-free Tonic formula.

Does the refill come with a sprayer?

No. The 500ml is a refill only and is designed to top up your 150ml spray bottle.

How many times will it refill my bottle?

Three full 150ml top-ups, with 50ml left.

How do I refill The Tonic?

Pour the refill into your empty 150ml bottle, replace the sprayer, and use as usual between wears.

Why is the refill better value?

The 500ml works out at 6.4p per ml compared with 12p per ml for the 150ml, around 47% less per ml.

Is The Tonic fragrance-free?

Yes. No fragrance is added to mask odour.

What fabrics can I use it on?

The Tonic is designed for use on clothing and wardrobe fabrics. Always follow the care label and test an inconspicuous area first where appropriate.
