Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery

£3.95

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Standard Delivery is free on orders of £40 or more.

Express Delivery

£4.95

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and usually arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Express Delivery remains £4.95 on orders over £40.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Delivery addresses

Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake, contact us at hello@weareluur.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.

Delayed or missing orders

If your tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date, email hello@weareluur.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, email hello@weareluur.com with your order number and photographs of the parcel and product where possible.
